By subscribing to a

premium listing

on Sanangelo.info, you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree, do not proceed with payment or use of premium services.

2. Subscription Plans

2.1 Tier Options

Free Listings: Basic visibility (limited features).Premium Listings: Enhanced visibility, additional features (e.g., priority placement, analytics, custom branding).

2.2 Pricing & Payment

Fees are listed on the site and may change with30 days’ notice, unless a Founder membership. Once Founder membership is discontinue it concludes the agreement between the business account holder and sanangelo.info stops. Payments are recurring(monthly/annual) unless canceled. Taxes (if applicable) are added at checkout.

2.3 Refunds & Cancellations

No refunds for partial subscription periods. Cancel anytime via your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current billing cycle.

3. User Obligations

3.1 Prohibited Content

You

may not

list businesses that:

Violate laws (e.g., illegal services).Promote hate, discrimination, or adult content. Mislead users (fake businesses, scams).

3.2 Accuracy & Updates

You must provide accurate business information. Sanangelo.info may remove or demote listings with false details.

4. Termination

We may suspend or terminate premium listings for: Non-payment .Violations of these Terms. Fraudulent activity. No refunds for terminated accounts due to violations.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Sanangelo.info does not guarantee increased business revenue from premium listings. We are not liable for: Technical outages. Disputes between users and listed businesses.

6. Modifications

We may update these Terms with30 days’ notice(email or site announcement).Continued use after changes = acceptance.

7. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of[Your State/Country].Disputes resolved in[Your Jurisdiction].
